Process

Creating a course can be completed in less than 6 weeks.

PHASE I: Business Fit

We will discuss your corporate profile, objectives, strategies, trends and issues to determine if we have an appropriate business fit. We identify your in-house Subject Matter Experts to develop the appropriate course.

PHASE II: Production

With my coaching, we record the Subject Matter Expert’s audio presentation from anywhere in the world using any available smartphone technology to capture this content as well as the expert’s passion, conviction and believability.

Working together, we edit and organize the files into chapters and apply a custom version of my Video Story Panel to make the content visually easy to follow.

PHASE III: Launch

Launch the e-Learning Library by loading every course into your Learning Management System or uploading to a content hosting site.
